Return & Refund Policy
Opened or used herbal products are not eligible for return.
Damaged Product:
If the product arrives damaged, you must send a clear unboxing video within 7 days of delivery.
After verification, we will send a replacement.
Wrong Item:
If you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement.
Refunds:
Refunds are only provided if:
The product was not delivered, OR
The courier damaged the parcel (with valid proof)
We do not offer refunds for opened products, used products, or change-of-mind requests.
